Where should we start: strategy, a use case or governance?+
With a short assessment that looks at all three at once. Most of the time the blocker isn't the technology but the lack of a clear owner or rules of the game. Starting from a single isolated use case usually repeats the pattern of POCs that don't scale.
What is an AI COE and when is it worth implementing?+
A Center of Excellence (COE) is the team that concentrates AI leadership for the whole organization: it defines the rules, chooses and administers the tools, and leads security, privacy and ethical-use practices. An isolated use case doesn't need one; several use cases in parallel do. It's what stops each area from reinventing its own rules and ending up with solutions that can't be sustained.
How is the ROI of an AI initiative measured?+
With the business KPI of the use case, not with technical metrics: approval rate, cycle time, stoppages avoided, scrap reduction. We define the indicator together with the business area before building anything.
What happens with the security of our information?+
It's one of the pillars of the service, not an annex: every AI tool used without control is a door through which your information can leave the company. We work with a curated catalog of approved tools, configurations that don't retain your information, safeguarding of your own code and data, and audit logs from day one.
Do you replace our technical team or work with it?+
We work with it. The COE or squad operates with your in-house team, not in parallel to it, and the documentation and enablement stay as installed capability in your organization, not as a dependency on us.

The assessment delivers clarity in weeks. The first use cases in production usually take 6 to 10 weeks to MVP, with monthly progress reporting from the start.
How do you apply AI to the software development cycle?+
We intervene the cycle by phase: requirements and specification, design, development, testing and deployment. In each phase we define which tasks AI assists, with which tools, and which quality controls stay with the team. It doesn't replace your current process: it's incorporated gradually, with baseline metrics to measure the real evolution.
