01Data controller

Shifta S.A.S. (“Shifta”), tax ID (CUIT) 30-71680477-8, with registered offices at Avenida Caseros 3350, Piso 8, Departamento A, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site. 02What information we collect

• Data you provide: when you fill out the contact form we collect your name, email address, company, and the message you send us, as well as any data you share if you reach out to us by email or through other channels.
• Technical data: for security and operational reasons, our servers may log data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
• Analytics and marketing cookies: only if you give your consent, the site loads Google Analytics (traffic analytics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (analytics and marketing), which set their own cookies. There is also a Clutch reviews widget that may set cookies of its own (see the Cookies section).

We do not collect sensitive data. Analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn) are enabled only if you accept cookies.

03What we use your information for

• To respond to your inquiries and follow up with you commercially.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the site.
• To ensure security and prevent misuse.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here, nor do we sell it.

04Legal basis and consent

By sending us your data through the contact form, you give your free, express, and informed consent to its processing in accordance with this policy and Act No. 25,326. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us at helloworld@shifta.la.

05Who we share your information with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We only share it with providers that help us operate the site and our services: infrastructure and hosting (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider, and the reviews widget (Clutch). Each provider processes the data solely to provide us with its service. We may also disclose information if a competent authority lawfully requires it.

06International data transfers

Some of our providers process and store data outside Argentina. In those cases we take reasonable measures to ensure the processing is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

07Retention period

We keep the data you send us for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable legal obligations. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

08Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at helloworld@shifta.la.

The data subject is entitled to exercise the right to access their data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to do so is demonstrated, as established in Article 14, subsection 3 of Act No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, the enforcement body for Act No. 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed in connection with breaches of personal data protection rules.

09Cookies

A cookie is a small file that a site stores on your device. When you arrive, we show you a notice to accept or reject cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics (traffic analytics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (analytics and marketing), which set their own cookies; if you decline, those services are not loaded. The Clutch reviews widget, being a third-party service, may also set cookies of its own. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; doing so does not affect how the site works.

10Information security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely foolproof, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

11Minors

This site and our services are intended for a professional audience and not for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. We will publish the updated version on this same page, indicating the date it was last updated.
